Our 24 hour on-call maintenance support and attention to property condition help insure the highest level of tenant satisfaction and retention.
PIM has taken over and successfully managed a variety of property types and sizes such as: industrial warehouses, flex space, office buildings, retail shopping centers, some of which needed full interior ans exterior rehabs, and other lease-ups, as well as “undesirable” in need of recovery.
